Inventory Control Specialist (AI Data Center)

Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States; 100% onsite at a data center

Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Track servers, networking equipment, materials, and other IT assets across the data center region.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials to data centers and other facilities.
• Conduct inventory audits, update records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to allocate resources and maintain smooth workflows.
• Maintain documentation and provide inventory, shipment, and audit reports to management.
• Travel as needed to support inventory management and audits at other data center locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working in a data center environment and moving or lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn about cloud compute services.
• Work authorization must not require company sponsorship now or in the future; export-controlled information access requirements apply.
