Inventory Control Specialist (IT Assets)

Location: Warren, Ohio, United States; 100% onsite at a data center. Travel to other data center locations may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligible bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records for servers, networking equipment, IT assets, and other data center materials.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials between data centers.
• Conduct inventory audits, update records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance on resource allocation and asset visibility.
• Prepare documentation and reports covering inventory, shipments, and audits.
• Travel as needed to support inventory management and audits at other data center locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a data center environment and move or lift heavy objects.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must meet U.S. export-control access requirements for controlled information.
