Recruiting Assistant (Hybrid / On-Site)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work in the San Diego, California office at least 3 days per week

Salary: $28.85 per hour, equivalent to $60,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Support and back up recruiters and managers throughout the day and during absences.
• Prioritize clinicians and match them with suitable open positions at client healthcare facilities.
• Communicate with clinicians by phone, email, and text.
• Facilitate the submission process and provide accurate administrative support.
• Work with urgency in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience succeeding in a sales or metrics-driven role.
• Strong motivation to achieve recruiting goals and advance professionally.
• Results-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Availability to work on-site in the San Diego office at least 3 days per week.
