Senior Project Integrator (Aerospace)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States. The role coordinates multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary; flexible or hybrid work may apply where applicable.

What you will do

• Integrate small-to-medium projects or portions of larger projects with minimal oversight.
• Lead planning, scheduling, project controls, and multidisciplinary engineering plan development.
• Create program planning documents, including work breakdown structures, responsibility assignment matrices, risk management, and change management plans.
• Manage complex experimental flight-test projects and coordinate scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives.
• Coordinate safety, security, product-deficiency, reporting, and multi-site project activities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, supply chain management, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree combined with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
• Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional activities.
• Engineering degree preferred.
