What you will do

• Lead complex digital transformation initiatives across quality, manufacturing, engineering, and operational functions.
• Translate business needs into transformation roadmaps, requirements, solution delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, governance activities, steering committees, project reviews, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes through simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers through large-scale programs and solution deployments.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, KPIs, and delivery performance while mentoring project teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, enterprise solution delivery, manufacturing systems, quality systems, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, transportation, or other complex regulated environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, multi-site and international projects, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements management, solution deployment, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, system integrations, data analytics, and operational technologies.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certification.
