Analyst, Client Implementation - IPS

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $48,000–$72,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Onboard clients and their portfolios to the Omnium (OMN) platform in collaboration with clients, service providers, IT, IPS shared services, and international partners.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, project tracking documents, client meeting updates, agendas, and follow-up notes.
• Use financial instrument knowledge and accounting principles to validate portfolio data and analyze financial statements.
• Perform source-data reconciliations, internal controls, and daily trade-break resolution activities before go-live.
• Communicate bespoke client requests, troubleshoot implementation issues, and escalate matters to management.
• Coordinate with internal and external IT to complete client setup within the internal control framework.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial markets and instruments.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and on time while working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Bloomberg.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in investment management, financial services, hedge funds, private equity funds, or project management.
