Project and Case Management Analyst

Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance in the office 3 days per week.

Salary: $55,300–$82,900 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized legal cases and support larger class action cases.
• Research new and existing class action settlements and develop project plans for assigned cases.
• Coordinate marketing and communication activities for assigned cases.
• File claims with claims administrators and work with clients to maximize recovery.
• Maintain case systems, analyze data, and develop valuation models to estimate anticipated recovery.
• Communicate case updates with clients, sales, and client services while supporting infrastructure and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or 2+ years of equivalent related work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or management and information or data analysis.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
