Senior Technician - 1030 (Quantum Computing)

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, United States. Candidates must be U.S. Persons under contractual requirements, defined as U.S. citizens, permanent residents or green card holders, or workers granted asylum or refugee status. Due to U.S. Government national security requirements, candidates must not be nationals of China or Russia unless they are also U.S. citizens.

Salary: $66,000–$88,000 annually.

What you will do

• Prepare laboratory and production environments, materials, tools, documentation, and equipment for operations.
• Support setup, changeover, validation, optimization, and execution of manufacturing and laboratory workflows.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe, and compliant workspaces according to 5S principles and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor laboratory infrastructure, utilities, consumables, maintenance schedules, and instrument calibration.
• Coordinate repairs and servicing with internal teams and vendors.
• Support facility requirements, continuous improvement initiatives, production timelines, and on-time product delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person and meet the stated national security eligibility requirements.
• Experience with safety standards, 5S principles, and SOP-driven workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in laboratory or manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Laboratory or manufacturing experience.
