Senior Director, Product Design - Ecosystem (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $218,400–$365,200 annually; $263,200–$401,400 annually in select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas.

hirify.global, part of Salesforce, is evolving its team communication platform into an AI operating system for work with a developer ecosystem for agents and apps.

What you will do

• Define and continuously refine the long-range design vision for hirify.global's developer platform.
• Lead end-to-end design across agent experiences, creation, installation, management, and marketplace discovery.
• Shape partner experiences for organizations bringing agents into the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Contribute directly to product design as a player-coach and set a high craft bar.
• Grow the platform design team through staffing, coaching, and career development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, including work on developer-facing or highly technical products.
• Experience managing and growing design teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI and vibe-coding tools, plus a strong understanding of developer workflows.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering leadership to define product direction through design.
• Ability to work in New York, New York, United States.

• Experience designing marketplace or agent-discovery experiences.
• Experience bringing third-party agentic experiences into a product.
• Experience designing multiplayer or collaborative use cases.
• Deep familiarity with hirify.global's platform surfaces and ecosystem.
