What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint demos, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach engineering teams on Agile and Scrum practices, assess team maturity, and support sustainable performance.
• Remove impediments, mitigate external roadblocks, and maintain transparent project tracking.
• Publish progress metrics and information radiators for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.
• Participate in environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and training.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of overall Scrum experience, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or equivalent experience.
• Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Experience writing, splitting, and mapping user stories.
• Strong familiarity with software development processes, Test-Driven Development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with work planning, relative estimation, release planning, and project execution.
• Strong organization, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, or Certified SAFe Agilist certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
