Ops Agent Admin

Location: Onsite in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada

Temporary full-time position for 3 months. An interview is required.

What you will do

• Support station or call centre operations and management.
• Coordinate administrative procedures and office activities.
• Liaise with internal and external customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Assist the senior manager in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a customer contact environment, including one year in a secretarial or administrative role.
• Standard proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Secretarial courses or business college training.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
