Manager, DealCloud Delivery (DealCloud)

What you will do

• Own execution quality across a portfolio of DealCloud client implementations, including staffing, forecasting, budgets, profitability, and delivery efficiency.
• Manage and mentor Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Associate Consultants, including performance and professional development.
• Monitor project, client, financial, and personnel risks through regular check-ins and reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate with Client Success, Technical Services, Account Management, Product Support, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and regional delivery leaders.
• Oversee complex project delivery, maintain alignment with Engagement Managers, and drive methodology and process improvements.
• Support scoping, knowledge transfer, change orders, and Services Delivery bandwidth planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, including 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services organization with project, portfolio, or program management responsibilities.
• Proven success delivering complex project implementations with strong operational, analytical, and business skills.
• Experience working with C-level client executives.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
