Senior Implementation Manager (Healthcare Software)

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of complex Classic-to-Plus migrations and new-practice implementations from kickoff through configuration, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for practice owners, office managers, and clinical leads.
• Track milestones, blockers, dependencies, risks, and account health in Zoho CRM.
• Identify and resolve data conversion issues, workflow mismatches, and staff adoption resistance.
• Own account KPIs including time-to-value, adoption, satisfaction, and timeline adherence.
• Share account-level insights with Product, Support, Training, and leadership, and turn post-implementation findings into playbook improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of personally running implementation, onboarding, or customer deployment engagements in EHR or comparable healthcare software.
• Experience independently delivering large, high-stakes, complex, or high-risk customer transitions with minimal oversight.
• Strong change-management skills and experience driving adoption on individual accounts.
• Clear and credible communication with practice owners and clinical leadership.
• Ability to translate account-level details into leadership-level updates and act as the final line of defense for assigned accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience with behavioral health or mental health practices.
• Experience partnering with Product on migration strategy, segmentation, or retention analysis.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and workflows for IOP, OMHC, or Psychiatric Rehab programs.
• Experience informally mentoring implementation specialists without formal management responsibility.
