What you will do

• Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of board-level analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop high-speed, high-precision ADC/DAC signal chains, low-noise analog front ends, and precision high-voltage circuits operating up to ±225V.
• Architect complete signal chains covering amplification, filtering, driver stages, feedback loops, interfaces, and calibration.
• Build system-level behavioral and circuit-level SPICE models, then analyze noise, distortion, offset, drift, bandwidth, and stability.
• Lead laboratory debugging, system bring-up, validation, and resolution of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal, and parasitic issues.
• Collaborate with digital, FPGA, system, power, and software teams across design validation, engineering validation, manufacturing support, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design; PhD graduates may qualify with less experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational amplifiers, precision analog design, ADC/DAC interfacing, signal-chain optimization, and high-speed or high-voltage analog systems.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, TINA, Cadence, or ADS, plus Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for modeling and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and related measurement equipment.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, solve cross-domain engineering problems, communicate technical concepts clearly, and produce structured technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-noise design, high-linearity systems, precision measurement, high-frequency analog design, or high-speed data acquisition.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, precision control systems, scan or motion control, or other high-end precision systems.
• Familiarity with EDA tools, Xpedition, and high-speed interfaces such as JESD204B-based ADC systems.
• Experience leading complex subsystem development or working in global, cross-site teams.
