What you will do

• Design high-performance broadband analog and mixed-signal circuits for electrical and optical receiver and transmitter front ends.
• Develop analog circuits including linear regulators, AGC loops, current and voltage sensors, and bandgaps.
• Design and validate FinFET CMOS and BiCMOS circuits for high-speed broadband ICs.
• Collaborate with functional groups on post-silicon validation, qualification, mass-production transition, and customer support.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience, or MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of deep-submicron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing CMOS broadband analog circuits, including RX/TX analog front ends, input/output matching networks, TIAs, and drivers.
• Experience with chip tapeout and laboratory evaluation of high-performance transmitters or receivers.
• Knowledge of IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, ADS, and Matlab.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills; eligibility to access export-controlled technology may be required.
