Staff Counsel, Corporate and Compliance (Robotics)

Location: Waltham Office, United States

Base pay: $160,000–$195,000 annually

Develops robotics technology as a high-growth technology company with domestic and international corporate operations.

What you will do

• Support and enhance sanctions, EU regulatory, corporate compliance, and ethics programs.
• Research regulatory developments, assess operational impact, and draft company policies.
• Design and deliver compliance training, including onboarding and refresher sessions.
• Support safety reviews, audits, internal reviews, compliance risk assessments, and related reporting.
• Prepare Board and Shareholder materials and support financing and capital transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Maintain corporate records and oversee legal administration for domestic and international subsidiaries, including registrations, filings, and good standing certificates.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• At least 5 years of relevant corporate law or compliance experience.
• Admission to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. state, with eligibility for the Massachusetts Bar if not already admitted.
• Exceptional written communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
