What you will do
- Own complete post-sales customer engagements and provide direct technical guidance
- Lead resolution of complex technical support issues and serve as escalation point
- Design and implement automation and scalable support infrastructure improvements
- Analyze support patterns to identify product improvements and preventative measures
- Develop technical documentation and self-service resources for customers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Strong software engineering background with experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, C/C++ or similar
- Experience developing automation and improving technical processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
Nice to have
- Experience with speech recognition, NLP, or related AI technologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with API-first products and developer tools
- Background in support automation techniques and tools
