Solutions Architect (Applied Engineer) (AI)

Location: USA — Remote

Salary: $155,000–$240,000 base salary per year, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations and migrations from kickoff through production cutover.
• Lead deployment scaling, including capacity planning, rollout sequencing, and verification methodology.
• Design solutions that fit customer technology stacks, constraints, and operational requirements.
• Build reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, deployment playbooks, automation, and self-service tooling.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams.
• Support complex post-onboarding cases and contribute to pre-sales discovery, scoping, demos, and proof-of-concept design.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and work remotely.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers, ideally in customer-facing technical roles.
• Professional software development experience with a modern programming language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, C, or C++.
• Experience leading production deployments from design through cutover and scoping complex technical work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to engineering and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech recognition, natural language processing, AI voice agents, or related AI technologies.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with API-first products, developer tools, change management, or implementation methodologies.
• Experience creating reference architectures, deployment playbooks, or implementation templates.
