Teamcenter Product Supervisor (PLM)

Salary: $102,876–$139,186 per year

hirify.global is hiring for a full-time position focused on Teamcenter and product lifecycle management processes.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a development team, balancing workloads and supporting consistent delivery.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT leaders to define priorities and business outcomes.
• Lead discovery workshops for BOM, lifecycle, and product data processes.
• Translate complex business and engineering needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Govern Teamcenter data, including part numbers, classifications, and lifecycle states.
• Coordinate integration requirements across Teamcenter, SAP, CAD, and other enterprise systems while supporting testing and release readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
• Experience with PLM systems, preferably Teamcenter.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and delivery governance.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, OK.

Nice to have

• Teamcenter implementation and integration experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Vault.
• Familiarity with SAP integration and enterprise data flows.
• Experience with CAD integrations such as Inventor or Solid Edge.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
