JJT Make Product Manager & Campus JJT Leader (MedTech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States of America; onsite manufacturing site role

Base pay: $102,000–$177,100 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the plant technology ecosystem product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and lifecycle decisions.
• Partner with business product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and manage releases.
• Lead manufacturing site and campus technology operations, including integrations, supportability, security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor product adoption, reliability, user feedback, and business outcomes while driving continuous improvement and standardization.
• Manage technology risks, budgeting, cost optimization, and total cost of ownership with Technology Services and Finance.
• Lead, coach, and develop talent while serving as the primary technology partner to site and campus leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing technology.
• People leadership or management experience, including experience leading cross-functional or distributed teams.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing requirements and GxP regulations.
• Experience in technology product or application management, solution design, and deployment of manufacturing or shop-floor systems.
• Strong product management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, Jira, systems development lifecycle methods, Lean, Six Sigma, and business process mapping.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, backlog management, impediment resolution, and product operating models.
• Experience developing digital self-service, mobile, or emerging technology solutions.
• Experience deploying Siemens Opcenter MES and Microsoft Azure.
