Off-Shift Filtrete Production Supervisor

Location: On site in Clinton, Tennessee, United States. Fixed night shift; travel may include up to 5% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected annual compensation: $84,595–$103,394, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Supervise and manage all functions involved in fixed-night-shift production.
• Promote a safe and sustainable work environment by identifying and resolving safety issues.
• Set priorities and allocate work assignments to meet daily production requirements using lean management processes.
• Monitor production rates, yields, and product quality while improving scheduling, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, develop, recognize, and train production employees, including contingent workers.
• Support plant-wide initiatives, alternative-shift coverage, on-call responsibilities, and hiring activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least two years of manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma/GED or higher and at least five years of manufacturing experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, solve problems, use computers, and communicate effectively.
• Education and work history must be provided through a resume or application fields.

Nice to have

• Three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading employees.
• Experience leading tier management, kaizen, continuous improvement, and safety improvement projects.
