Cab Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite second-shift role with routine shift hours and occasional overtime, weekend work, or shift rotation.

Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year, depending on responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and internal pay equity.

What you will do

• Lead one or two production areas and supervise manufacturing employees in union and non-union environments.
• Plan and coordinate work to meet production schedules while maintaining quality, safety, housekeeping, and productivity standards.
• Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and support team development.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and resolve product and process nonconformances.
• Implement 5S, standard work, value stream mapping, process changes, and Kaizen events.
• Maintain production records and support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least three years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, technical documents, and government regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, prepare routine reports, analyze information, and make decisions within established policies and procedures.
• Ability to schedule, supervise, evaluate, and recommend personnel actions for employees performing similar work.

• Previous electrical or assembler experience.
