What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for physicians, clinical leads, medical leaders, specialists, and functional roles across multiple markets.
• Partner with the CMO and Medical leadership team on hiring plans, organizational needs, and prioritization.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies through talent mapping, passive outreach, diverse talent pools, and referral networks.
• Own the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and represent Neko in professional networks, conferences, and events.
• Track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, report market results, and improve hiring outcomes using data.
• Lead intake calibration and debriefs based on defined skills and Neko Hiring Framework rubrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including substantial healthcare professional and leadership hiring across multiple markets or complex, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-fill clinical or medical searches, supported by measurable results.
• Strong creative, research-led sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data, and making informed trade-offs between speed, consistency, and quality.
• Understanding of international healthcare licensing, registration, right-to-work, and hiring regulations, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Fluent use of AI tools for sourcing, outreach, analysis, and workflow, with the ability to teach others.
