HR Portfolio and Delivery Lead (HR Operations)

Location: USA – EDS Troy Corporate Offices; local resident of Metro Detroit with ability to work on site

What you will do

• Manage the HR Operations portfolio, delivery method, cadence, shared backlog, dependencies, and release calendar.
• Govern stakeholder steering calls and coordinate senior stakeholders to keep decisions moving.
• Lead major cross-functional programs involving HR operating models, systems, data, and IT separation.
• Own the HR budget, spend visibility, benefits realization, and return tracking.
• Coordinate change management and communications alongside program delivery.
• Plan capacity and flex permanent and fixed-term resources to deliver within budget, time, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio delivery, ideally in HR, systems, or operations change.
• Experience with portfolio and delivery tooling, HR or systems programs, change management, and communications.
• Strong planning, dependency, risk, cadence, stakeholder, and benefits-tracking skills.
• Experience owning a budget and applying a recognized continuous-improvement or delivery method.
• English fluency required; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be a local resident of Metro Detroit, able to work on site, and hold a valid U.S. passport with ability to travel globally.
