Salary: $230,000–$270,000 annually, depending on experience and interview performance.

What you will do

• Design and implement accounting best practices that support growth while meeting GAAP standards.
• Implement an ERP with key stakeholders and lead the quote-to-cash process.
• Prepare hirify.global for and lead its first PCAOB audit.
• Own accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, tax, state compliance, audit-ready books, and regular financial statements.
• Build, hire, and develop an accounting team for the next stage of growth.

Requirements

• CPA certification and understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years at a Big 4 firm.
• Operational accounting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing journal entries in QuickBooks Online and implementing accounting practices across systems.
• Experience leading an audit end to end, improving close accuracy and timeliness, and managing recurring processes and large projects.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills across business partners, customers, and vendors.
