General Manager | Beverly Hills (Hospitality)

Location: Los Angeles, US; onsite at a store in Beverly Hills

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Launch and lead one of hirify.global’s first stores in Beverly Hills.
• Build, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
• Manage scheduling, recruitment, timecards, paid time off, training accreditation, and performance issues.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, recipe execution, inventory, equipment, vendor relationships, and waste management.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, presentation, operational audit performance, and facilities compliance.
• Own neighborhood performance, customer satisfaction, local partnerships, and store financial results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality or retail brands.
• Experience managing large hospitality teams.
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain ordering.
• Strong customer service, hospitality, organizational, communication, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, troubleshoot problems, and develop staff at different levels.
• Hands-on interest in specialty coffee, hospitality, restaurants, or retail.
