Assistant Area Manager (Hospitality)

Location: On-site in Park City, Utah, United States; must reside in the designated area and travel frequently to local properties.

Salary: USD 65,000–65,001 per year, plus a performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support daily operations for hirify.global properties and report to the regional manager.
• Communicate with property owners, review owner distribution statements, and maintain owner satisfaction standards.
• Monitor guest and homeowner issues, assess resolution quality, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Inspect properties, identify quality and compliance issues, and assign rectification work to vendors.
• Coordinate housekeeping, routine maintenance, supplies, linens, and property inventory.
• Respond to operational requests through email, calls, texts, Slack, and tickets, including rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and changing business needs.
• Must reside in the designated area and have a valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and a reliable snow-ready car.
• Ability to spend most working time standing, walking, and driving; regularly perform physical activities and occasionally lift more than 25 lbs.
• Strong self-management, prioritization, responsiveness, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Vacation rental industry experience.
• Hospitality or real estate experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.
