Beverage Shift Manager (Overnights Required)

Location: Everett, Massachusetts, USA; onsite role with overnight and varying schedules required

Salary: USD 66,000–75,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage beverage operations across restaurants, lounges, service bars, and other beverage outlets.
• Assign and supervise beverage personnel according to operational needs, skills, and experience.
• Set departmental goals, monitor operational effectiveness, and implement improvements.
• Manage hiring, performance, training, engagement, and team member morale.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, laws, regulations, and safety controls.
• Coordinate reports, meetings, guest relations, special projects, seasonal menu changes, and events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work onsite in Everett, Massachusetts.
• English fluency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of bartending experience required; three years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including POS, purchasing, warehouse requisition, timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office.
• Planning, project management, organizational, interpersonal, administrative, reporting, and communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel or restaurant management or a related field.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of union and non-union work environments.
• A second language.
