Principal Lead Talent Acquisition

Location: Offsite

Expected salary range: $130,000–$227,000 per year. Exact salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, executive, and business-critical positions across geographies.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, and HR Business Partners on workforce plans, hiring strategies, and succession requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, support offer negotiations, and close key hires.
• Build talent maps and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, skills demand, and competitive hiring activity.
• Improve recruiting operations, reporting, workflows, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes through measurable KPIs.
• Champion recruiting technology, automation, and AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools while mentoring recruiters and coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including technical, professional, or leadership recruiting.
• Demonstrated success managing complex and executive-level searches.
• Experience advising senior business leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruiting analytics, and employment-law compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or another highly technical industry.
• Experience supporting global recruiting initiatives, workforce planning, talent intelligence, or organizational design.
• Experience with AI, automation, and advanced recruiting technologies.
• SHRM, HRCI, AIRS, or LinkedIn Talent Solutions certification.
