TL;DR
OutSystems Lead Developer (OutSystems): Leading development teams and delivering complex OutSystems applications within an OutSystems CoE with an accent on engineering standards, technical governance, and platform improvement. Focus on integrating REST APIs, adopting Azure, DevOps, testing and CI/CD practices, and supporting the O11 to ODC transition.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model

What you will do
- Lead development teams delivering OutSystems applications.
- Define and enforce development standards, coding practices, and engineering governance.
- Coordinate technical delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- Lead code reviews and collaborate with architecture, integration, and platform teams.
- Support the OutSystems platform roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive DevOps, testing, CI/CD adoption, and the O11 to ODC transition while mentoring developers.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems.
- Senior-level engineering experience with team leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Exposure to Azure and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- OutSystems Professional Certification.
- Experience working within a Centre of Excellence model.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
