FP&A Senior Business Partner (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model

Salary: CAD 120,000–140,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and business performance analysis for the Product portfolio.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, business cases, and executive reporting to support investment decisions and business growth.
• Partner with Product, Client, Financial Operations, and Corporate FP&A teams on financial insights and decision support.
• Provide financial governance for commercial initiatives, revenue recognition, accruals, resource planning, and product economics.
• Complete ad hoc financial analyses and projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly expense recognition.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and producing insights for strategic decisions.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex financial principles to non-financial users.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.
