Finance Manager (FP&A)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; work closely with West Coast business partners during Pacific Time Zone or PST hours. The role may require in-person onboarding and/or identity verification.

Salary: CAD 95,000–139,700 base salary per year for Canada-based roles. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage end-of-quarter landing processes, daily forecasts, and timely communication of results.
• Model financial outcomes for promotions, strategic investments, and other business initiatives with Finance Business Partners and sales teams.
• Collect, analyze, and report business results to support reviews and influence decisions.
• Coordinate global renewals sales forecast cycles, including geographic support for the AMER region.
• Communicate forecast results, business drivers, opportunities, and risks to sales and finance leadership.
• Support annual budgeting and planning while improving financial reports, models, and automated processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with financial software such as Anaplan or Snowflake.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone or PST hours and collaborate across global functions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA designation.
