What you will do

• Install and upgrade software and systems.
• Resolve ongoing support incidents and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Support critical issues with colleagues and coordinate technical requests with clients and internal departments.
• Provide support for system issues, interfaces, data migration, upgrades, and new installations.
• Perform troubleshooting and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows.
• Currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluent French and professional English proficiency required.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills, motivation, determination, and intellectual curiosity.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for technical analysis, scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Ability to write clear prompts and review, validate, and test AI-generated outputs.
