Senior IT Support Engineer (macOS/MDM)

Location: Paris-based, on-site, with possible travel to Montpellier and London offices.

What you will do

• Own and clear the IT helpdesk backlog while providing day-to-day support for internal users across the macOS ecosystem.
• Prepare, image, configure, ship, retrieve, repair, and reassign Macs and peripherals.
• Manage hardware onboarding and offboarding for joiners and leavers, including during peak periods.
• Maintain device inventory, spare stock, accessories, and shipping materials.
• Coordinate repairs, RMAs, and returns with vendors and couriers, and perform endpoint enrollment through the MDM.
• Create clear, reusable runbooks to keep operational procedures repeatable after the mission ends.

Requirements

• Senior, autonomous IT support or IT operations experience with the ability to contribute from day one.
• Deep hands-on experience with macOS and an MDM such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
• Strong experience with device lifecycle management, fleet logistics, and high-volume helpdesk operations.
• Comfort working on-site in Paris and handling hardware logistics in person.
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, reliability, self-organization, and collaborative communication skills.
