Senior Design & Product Strategist (AI)

Location: Spain; fully remote work

What you will do

• Define product visions, value propositions, experience principles, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with client goals.
• Plan and conduct qualitative, quantitative, and strategic product and design research.
• Design AI-native products and UX patterns, including copilots, autonomous agents, adaptive interfaces, intelligent suggestions, and multimodal interactions.
• Create user flows, interaction models, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, interface logic, information architecture, and micro-interactions.
• Work with AI, engineering, data, and product teams to support delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and workshops.
• Use Replit, Lovable, and other Low-Code / No-Code tools to rapidly prototype and validate AI-based workflows.

Requirements

• Approximately 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Strategy, Product Management, or Product Design.
• Proven experience delivering and shipping digital products end to end.
• Experience designing AI-native experiences and intelligent workflows.
• Strong UX skills across journeys, flows, information architecture, service design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience with Low-Code / No-Code tools such as Replit or Lovable and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring junior designers in product thinking, AI UX, and discovery methods.
• Experience contributing to product playbooks, frameworks, and methodologies.
