Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Polanco, Mexico City office at least three days per week. Remote work is available as part of the hybrid model, with the option to work abroad for up to 30 days annually.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact product opportunities, clarify complex problem spaces, and translate ambiguity into actionable product direction.
• Lead design from discovery through delivery, including research, ideation, prototyping, high-fidelity design, validation, and implementation collaboration.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, validate problems and concepts, and test product experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Researchers, and leadership to align on customer needs and product outcomes.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex advertising workflows, including AI-native products and cohesive platform-wide journeys.
• Mentor and coach designers while strengthening design practices across the team.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing complex digital products and leading the design process from opportunity identification through implementation.
• Experience translating ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product experiences and actionable design direction.
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, UX research, prototyping, validation, and collaboration with Product Management.
• Ability to communicate design rationale and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and leadership.
• Experience designing sophisticated workflows that remain intuitive and easy to learn.
• Ability and willingness to work from the Polanco, Mexico City office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing technology or advertising technology.
• Experience with front-end development, AI-assisted development tools, or prototyping through code.
