Senior Electrical Estimator

Location: Remote or hybrid, with locations in New York, NY; Tempe, AZ; San Francisco, CA; Bellevue, WA; Vancouver, BC; Toronto, ON; Raleigh, NC; and Dallas, TX.

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 annually, depending on skillset, education, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop estimate plans and coordinate estimate development with project teams.
• Lead the preparation of total project estimates.
• Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Recommend cost contingencies and solutions to complex project problems.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for estimating.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of progressively responsible estimating experience in a construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or active progress toward certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and quality focus.
