TL;DR
Senior Director, Qt Product Management (Software/Product Strategy): Leading the Qt product organization and multiple portfolios by defining long-term product vision, customer strategy, and investment priorities with an accent on customer-centricity, market expansion, and retention. Focus on transforming product management, aligning executive, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, and balancing growth with churn management in automotive and defense markets.
Location: Hybrid role located in Espoo or Oulu, Finland; some travel is expected.

What you will do
- Define the enterprise product vision and long-term strategy for the Qt product portfolio.
- Lead multiple product portfolios through senior product leaders and commercial and technical product managers.
- Shape business strategy using market, customer, and competitive insights to identify new markets and customer segments.
- Govern product investment decisions, portfolio priorities, and resource allocation.
- Align executive leadership with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product direction, launches, and go-to-market planning.
- Drive customer retention, churn management, customer advocacy, organizational transformation, and Product Management capability development.
Requirements
- Extensive product management experience, including 5+ years in senior product leadership roles leading other product leaders.
- Experience defining and executing long-term business and product strategy across multiple portfolios or business lines.
- Strong portfolio governance, investment decision-making, financial, and commercial skills.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence leadership teams and communicate a compelling product vision.
- Experience leading organizational transformation and international, multi-location teams.
- Full professional-level proficiency in English.

- Experience in the software industry or in a hardware-and-software industry with meaningful software exposure.
- Experience shifting an organization toward customer-centric product management.
- Data-driven decision-making based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
