Transfer Project Lead (Supply Chain)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan; occasional business travel is expected.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering supply chain transfers for complex parts and modules.
• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and closure according to hirify.global project management standards.
• Industrialize the supply chain through new product industrialization with suppliers in Asia and transfers from Europe and the US to high-volume manufacturing suppliers in Asia.
• Develop project plans covering tasks, ownership, timelines, resources, risks, supplier selection, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate technical, quality, logistics, sourcing, procurement, and costing deliverables across internal sectors and external suppliers.
• Establish governance, report progress, escalate barriers, and communicate closure reports and best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with strong knowledge of technical disciplines and business management.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, medical, or other technical B2B industries.
• More than 7 years of project management experience leading complex, large-scale projects and experience in supply chain management.
• Experience leading complex projects across departments, working in local and global matrix organizations, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent English speaking, listening, and writing skills with TOEIC above 850 are required.
• Strong business, financial, commercial, communication, logical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA from a US or European institution, preferably focused on engineering, operations, sourcing, supply chain, or sales key account management.
• Experience in low-volume technical environments and semiconductor equipment.
