Senior Project Manager - Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain Consultant (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across multiple functions and businesses.
• Drive supply chain and operational excellence projects covering demand, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service, logistics, and commercial operations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements.
• Standardize supply chain and operational processes and coordinate their integration with ERP, IT, and data systems.
• Conduct capability gap analyses and advise stakeholders on people, processes, tools, and operational strategies.
• Develop project charters, milestones, resource plans, and benefits while managing change, schedules, costs, and delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of applicable supply chain experience.
• Multi-year project or program management experience with a record of delivering quality results on time and in full.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt training and capability.
• Strong ERP competency, particularly SAP and Business Warehouse (BW).
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, change management, digital transformation, Lean/Kaizen, demand and supply planning, customer service, or logistics.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• APICS CPIM or APICS CTSC certification.
