Associate Product Manager, Salesforce (8-12 Month Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Manage Salesforce product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and internal customer needs.
• Build stakeholder relationships and translate business requirements into clear direction for technical teams.
• Document business processes, requirements, scenarios, pain points, and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate Agile delivery, including sprint and release planning, user acceptance testing, and related ceremonies.
• Lead change management through training materials, communication plans, launch schedules, and adoption support.
• Collaborate with product, technology, data, and go-to-market teams while contributing to product management best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product management, project management, and/or business analysis within SaaS implementations.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders, drive decisions, and influence teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, strong organization, and the ability to reprioritize across multiple projects.
• Ability to lead design workshops, propose solutions, and create supporting artifacts.

Nice to have
