Project Manager – EPMO – Clinical Systems

Salary: $101,493.51–$123,865.66 annually, excluding bonuses, differential pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide clinical systems projects and related products from initiation through implementation.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects spanning medical center missions and Medical Center IT functions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, governance structures, resource plans, assignments, and status reports.
• Manage stakeholders, financials, risks, issues, scope, quality, timelines, and escalation processes.
• Lead hybrid delivery using agile approaches alongside traditional milestones and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate documentation, senior management presentations, contracts and purchase requisition processes, and EPMO process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience.
• Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle and project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with resource management, change management, project management tools, and Microsoft Office products including Project.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and lead and motivate project teams.

Nice to have

• PMP certification, product management experience, or relevant equivalent experience.
