Principal, HR Technology Architect

What you will do

• Own the architecture strategy and integration roadmap for the recruiting technology ecosystem.
• Establish standards for APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms, data flows, and integration governance.
• Lead technical reviews and architectural assessments for recruiting platforms including Greenhouse, Eightfold, BrightHire, and internal solutions.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and resolution of complex cross-system incidents involving vendors and stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate IT, Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams on governance, risk management, and data protection.
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps and AI-ready data foundations to improve scalability and automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IS/HRIS architecture, enterprise integration engineering, technical product management, or a related discipline.
• Experience influencing technology decisions across multiple stakeholder groups without direct reporting authority.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms, data modeling, SQL, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting business-critical enterprise platforms with complex integration, security, or compliance requirements.
• Fluent Korean and professional English communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience with enterprise architecture, integration governance, or technology standards in a multi-vendor SaaS environment.
• Experience developing HR technology strategies, operating models, or long-term roadmaps.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, information security controls, or compliance frameworks.
• Experience with AI-enabled talent acquisition technologies or AI-readiness initiatives.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and establishing scalable governance practices.
