Senior Solutions Architect (Defense & Intelligence)

Location: Remote, based in South Korea; regional travel up to 50% required.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a constellation of imaging satellites and provides a cloud-based Earth observation data platform.

What you will do

• Design and deliver solution demonstrations and technical presentations that show the value of hirify.global’s satellite data and services.
• Advise South Korean defense and intelligence customers on architectures that address business and Earth data challenges.
• Develop technical responses to tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and unsolicited proposals.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Business Development on account strategies and customer engagements.
• Represent customer needs through forecasts, pipeline updates, deal reviews, CRM data, and feedback.
• Mentor team members and lead customer or internal training sessions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical experience supporting or working with the South Korean defense and intelligence community.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with GIS and remote sensing users in the defense industry.
• Experience with geospatial tools and programming, including QGIS, SocetGXP, ArcGIS, GDAL, and Python.
• Ability to process imagery, manipulate geospatial data, interact with APIs, and build data pipelines.
• Eligibility for and ability to maintain a South Korean security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in IMINT, ISR, and related fields.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML.
• Mandarin speaking ability.
