Applied AI Architects, Partner (GenAI/Cloud): Building joint enterprise AI solutions and reference architectures with an accent on partner enablement, scalable cloud architectures, and industry-specific GenAI applications. Focus on unblocking strategic customer deals, solving complex technical integration challenges, and translating partner feedback into product and go-to-market strategy.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid policy requires staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time

What you will do
- Act as a technical thought partner to the partnerships and go-to-market teams, strengthening relationships with GSIs, RSIs, AWS, and GCP.
- Embed with partner technical teams to enable AI practices, troubleshoot complex issues, support developer communities, and provide escalation support.
- Identify industry-specific generative AI applications and develop joint solutions, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Support strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery channel by providing solution architecture guidance.
- Lead or support partner workshops, summits, hackathons, developer events, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather partner feedback on products, use cases, and deployment patterns to inform product and partner strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience partnering with GSIs or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Fluent Korean and English, with strong presentation and technical communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
