Forward Deployed Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea from discovery and scoping through launch, adoption, and handoff.
• Design scalable Notion architectures and AI-native workflows based on customer goals, operating processes, technical environments, and governance needs.
• Facilitate executive discovery and architecture workshops, clarify tradeoffs, and drive decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
• Define implementation scope, effort estimates, timelines, ownership, risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners, account teams, and internal stakeholders when deeper engineering support is required.
• Lead change management, adoption programs, reusable reference architectures, localized enablement, and product feedback for the Korea Services practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience translating ambiguous customer goals into workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
• Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, automating, or improving real business workflows with AI, including deploying AI-powered workflows or agents in production.
• Technical depth in data modeling, permission design, APIs and integrations, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts.
• Strong implementation, project, engagement, scope, commercial, stakeholder, adoption, and change-management skills.
• Professional fluency in Korean and English is required.

• Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents, or developer platform workflows.
• Experience delivering solutions for large Korean enterprises and managing complex stakeholder processes.
• Experience enabling or co-delivering with implementation partners.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
