Director, Client Delivery - Vice President (Fintech)

Location: US IA - Des Moines; based in the greater Des Moines area. Hybrid schedule: office Monday–Thursday with remote work available on Friday.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base salary per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent client implementations and ongoing client portfolios.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and align delivery strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other delivery resources.
• Establish delivery governance covering decision-making, escalations, change control, scope, and portfolio health.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, milestones, quality, timelines, client satisfaction, and executive alignment.
• Own portfolio financial performance, improve delivery processes, and translate client feedback into product insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client delivery, implementation, program leadership, or professional services within SaaS, technology, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
• Proven success leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios with accountability for scope, timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to guide decisions, manage trade-offs, and maintain senior stakeholder trust.
• Experience establishing governance, managing scope, diagnosing complex delivery challenges, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Experience leading and developing project managers, business analysts, implementation consultants, or other delivery resources.
• Experience managing delivery financials, margin performance, resource planning, revenue impact, and client commitments; familiarity with Jira, Kantata, or similar tools.
