Human Resources Generalist

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles.

Annual base pay range: $88,875–$133,313 USD for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

What you will do

• Handle Tier 2 escalations for complex and sensitive People Operations matters.
• Manage regionally specific employee lifecycle processes while maintaining global standards.
• Support performance management, employee relations, performance improvement actions, and organizational changes.
• Advise HRBPs and Country Partners on processes, policies, and regional requirements.
• Support recruiting operations, systems, data integrity, and the transition from candidate to employee.
• Identify operational gaps and contribute to automation, process improvement, documentation, and scalable service models.

Requirements

• Experience handling complex People Operations and employee lifecycle matters.
• Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, documentation, and operational governance.
• Ability to partner with HRBPs, Legal, Country Partners, Recruiting, HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of compliance, regional requirements, and local labor laws.
• Ability to work in an office-first environment with three days per week in the office for most roles.
