Group Lead - Warehouse (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving activities, including shift planning, staffing, and job assignments.
• Communicate team and individual performance information and support the integration and training of new employees.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, audits, research, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Validate bills of materials, inventory records, warehouse setups, material codes, and storage locations.
• Partner with engineering, planning, production, quality, auditing, scheduling, and procurement teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor safety, quality, and inventory procedure compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of work experience, including one year in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of material flow throughout the supply chain.
• Good mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to perform accurate, error-free work.
• Strong planning, organization, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the department and demonstrate dependability, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, and initiative.
