Warehouse Manager (Medtech)

Location: Perryville, Maryland, United States

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annually; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment.
• Establish operational procedures and lead daily processes supporting approximately 2,200–10,000 shipment lines or $136,000–$1.2 million in daily revenue.
• Support staffing, performance management, compensation administration, training, and positive employee relations.
• Monitor operating expenses, equipment repairs, freight scheduling, carrier issues, and replacement requisitions.
• Manage vendor-managed inventory, sales support, service failures, and customer complaints.
• Promote safe work practices, housekeeping, hygiene, and safety committee guidance.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Perryville, Maryland, United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience supporting personnel and warehouse employees.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, active listening, decision-making, and customer relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, extensive time demands, complex situations, and multicultural work environments.
• When applicable, certification as a Certified Designated Representative by the State of Florida is required for compliant pharmaceutical operations.

• Approximately 5 years of business experience, including several years in a distribution center environment.
