Program Management Specialist (VMI)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in Ashland, Virginia.

Salary: $26.02–$39.03 per hour.

What you will do

• Coordinate assigned vendor-managed inventory programs and resolve customer issues.
• Prepare material quotations and coordinate engineering, purchasing, vendors, sales, and operations stakeholders.
• Track customer-owned inventory and shipments, coordinating with warehouse leaders, logistics teams, and freight companies.
• Support quarterly pricing, contract compliance, SPA expiration validation, and customer quotations.
• Research invoice discrepancies and coordinate order batches, warehouse drops, and post-order expediting.
• Contribute ideas that improve departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Remote work is limited to the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of program management or related experience supporting large programs or projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Strong computer, mathematical, and analytical skills.
